Another Customer Advantage for Greenway Plaza Customers
METRO Q Cards Now Available at the Greenway Plaza Transportation Center
Greenway Plaza’s Transportation Center is now a Retail Location for METRO Q Cards. The Transportation Center is located in Phase I on the Concourse level at the corner of the down ramp from Buffalo Speedway between 3 and 4 Greenway Plaza across from the Visitor’s Parking Lot and The Car Butler.
The Q Card allows for a single method of payment for all METRO services. It works like a debit card, storing a cash balance and deducting the fare each time you ride. The Q Card is reusable so you can add money to it at any time. Lost or Stolen cards can be protected by registering the card with METRO.
Benefits of using the Q Card:
- 5 free trips for every 50 paid rides
- Faster boarding
- Free transfers (valid for 2 hours in one direction)
- Card balance protection (if you register your card)
- 50% discount for students, seniors, the disabled and METROLift cardholders with proper documentation of status. Discount cards must be purchased at a METRO RideStore and are not available at Greenway’s Transportation Center.
Standard Parking
Roadside Assistance Program
Emergency roadside assistance is now available to Greenway Plaza customers through Standard Parking, Greenway Plaza’s Parking Management service provider. Under Standard’s new Road Assist amenity program, Standard Parking Greenway customers who experience vehicle problems in the parking garages or elsewhere on the road can call 1.877.435.7634 (1.877.HELPME4) and request help.
The new program offers basic emergency services including: towing (up to 5 miles), jump starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lock-out services, and roadside removal of inoperable vehicles. There are no membership fees or fixed charges for these services as they are available on a customer pay-per-use basis. Fees range from $59.95 to $69.95 to anyone calling the toll-free number.
